Beverages play a huge role in delivering great student experiences. So, Nestlé Coffee Partners (NCP) wanted to showcase what its We Proudly Serve Starbucks® Coffee Programme could do for colleges and universities (C&U); and how its Served and Self-Serve solutions could boost potential C&U clients’ beverage offerings, footfall, and sales on campus to another level. They needed an agency fluent in capturing experiences in education… cue Cracked!
All in a day’s work
We set out to express the spirit of the We Proudly Serve Starbucks® Coffee Programme in a single university day. A blend of testimonials and videos – as well as a double dose of photography and digital content – would bring it to life and capture intrigue online. Leaving no cup of coffee un-sipped.
This approach created a blend of evergreen content that could be used across NCP’s Sales and Marketing teams to funnel more channel leads.
A cracking case study
We whipped up a content-packed case study that left NCP on cloud nine. The channel photography, long- and short-form videos, as well as the written long-form case study with LinkedIn posts, website copy, and emailers, took prospects on a journey through the entire experience. Proving that the programme not only serves exceptional campus experiences but creates brew-tiful avenues for added revenue!
This project kickstarted a journey to create more case studies for Hotels, Healthcare, and Workplace channels, even reaching new European horizons!
