Nestlé Coffee Partners (NCP) wanted new faces in the We Proudly Serve Starbucks® (WPSS) sales squad to smash new business. They needed sales enablement tools that could deliver a consistent story, market-to-market, and make the Sales team feel like they could conquer conversations and convert leads like pros.

Building the backbone to new business
We kicked things off through collaborative working sessions with the NCP team to create a structure for the sales deck, give it purpose, help us prioritise information, and pool our creative services to fill in the gaps.


We got busy investigating common objectives and challenges. Identifying key consumer trends and customer pain points for each channel – Healthcare, Education, Workplace, Hotels, Petrol, Cinema, and Travel. And creating a clear value proposition and set of reasons to believe (in coffee, and the brand as an enabler!).
Then, it was onto developing a suite of sales tools to bring it all to life… which once we landed on the chosen design route, was dressed to the nines!
Deliverables that delivered
We dished out all the goods for NCP to present to markets across Europe. NCP in the Netherlands praised the new tools as the secret sauce to generate new business. The success of this project placed ‘Sales Enablement 2.0’ on the horizon and opened up more ways to keep the excitement alive and kicking!
