From its iconic colour palette to its mysterious siren symbol, Starbucks® is arguably one of the most famous brands in the world. So, when it comes to creating campaigns and rolling out assets for new campaigns and social media, every pixel matters. Even the faintest of change in colour, font, and placement gets noticed.
Working to wow, every season
Each year, we create four campaigns using a concept (aligning to the Starbucks® retail stores) which we develop. For each seasonal campaign, we create a whopping 100+ creative assets to roll out for the WPSS team globally, across its served and self-serve solutions. Everything from splash screens to WPSS café posters, banners and animated GIFs, to point-of-sale assets and venue toolkits.
The challenge? Bridge the gap so the B2B WPSS brand aligns with Starbucks® stores yet maintains its own identity too! And deliver top-notch quality and consistency across a vast number of assets, considering the subtle but key differences when targeting different customer markets within the brand. No small feat!
So, with our winter and spring ‘22 campaigns, all assets had a red thread running between them. Cohesive and creative across every medium and platform. And unmistakably We Proudly Serve Starbucks®.
