Before Cracked, I spent 20 years working in B2B and B2C food and drink marketing roles for the likes of Heineken, Heinz, Whitbread, and Compass Group UK & Ireland.
In my role, I enjoy how we support our clients in bringing a fresh perspective to every brief with our specialist ‘on the job’ know-how and experience.
The value I respect most at Cracked is ‘Curious to the core’ because I believe if we don’t understand what we’re being asked to do, we’ll never crack the brief or deliver the best possible work.
In my spare time, you’ll find me making the most of my precious moments with my daughter, Nia, eating and drinking, travelling, and failing to get to the gym!
Head of Client Services
Before Cracked, I had my own agency in South Africa – working with brands like Nestlé, De’Longhi, Kenwood, and PepsiCo. I also dabbled in the fabulous world of being a restaurateur and developed my own ready-to-bake brand.
In my role, I enjoy supporting and developing the strengths of my team and elevating marketing ideas and brand campaigns.
The value I respect most at Cracked is ‘Rooted in humility’ because I believe that honesty and transparency is the best policy. I’m loyal and like to build long-term relationships based on trust.
In my spare time, I bake, draw, get outside and cheer from the sidelines supporting my three boys with their sport – come rain or shine!
Before Cracked, I worked as the head of creative solutions for a digitally led global motorsport and automotive company. Here, I built digital marketing strategies, utilising the Motorsport Network’s brands, products, and platforms.
In my role, I enjoy supporting our clients, solving problems through collaborating with them and our Crackers to nail the brief.

In my spare time, I spend most moments with my family. And watch every Liverpool FC game when I can!
Copy & Content Lead
Before Cracked, I spent 10 years at agencies, in-house and as a freelancer – cooking up content with foodservice brands like Kraft Heinz and Délifrance, as well as tech and investment start-ups.
In my role, I enjoy that I get to read and write about food and drink every day! I also enjoy working with everyone across the different teams, pushing ourselves to see how creative our work can get.
The value I respect most at Cracked is ‘Curious to the core’ because new questions lead to new paths and discoveries, meaning more engaging and imaginative work!
In my spare time, I sing in a jazz band and write music. I also love spending time with my (very lazy!) ex-racer greyhound.
Before Cracked, I worked in the coffee industry while writing poems, prose, essays and articles for personal and freelance projects.
In my role, I enjoy collaborating with the team, articulating brand messages and ideas through words that are bold and true.
The value I respect most at Cracked is ‘Unapologetically brave’ because it gives me the license to be playful and brave with my work.
In my spare time, I obsess over coffee at home, work on side projects, and get outside as often as possible (when Chelsea isn’t playing).
Before Cracked, I worked in the drinks industry (mainly wines and spirits), working with some incredible brands and teams from the hospitality and foodservice world.
In my role, I enjoy working with the fantastic Marketing and Brand teams, with no two days being the same! I love the variety – whether it’s a research project, new branding opportunity, content creation or social media strategy.
The value I respect most at Cracked is ‘Fluent in food and drink’ because it encourages me to continue trying new restaurants and new wines – something I love to do.
In my spare time, I enjoy spinning and yoga (my favourite ways to end the day!). I also love exploring the outdoors with my dog.
Before Cracked, I was part of Compass Group UK&I. I started in the central Commercial team, working with all sectors, and finished up in Chartwells’ Business Excellence team, building and executing marketing plans with the University team.
In my role, I enjoy planning and organising. I love driving projects to be the best they can be; delivering on the financials and timings, but also keeping the client experience close to heart.

In my spare time , I love nothing more than spending family time with my boys – be that at the beach, the park or rolling around in the mud.
Before Cracked, I worked in the drinks industry before moving to a tech company. I quickly found out that tech wasn’t for me and that I was being drawn back to food and drink.
In my role, I enjoy the diversity of projects we work on, the range of creativity levels we play with, and the banter that gets thrown around the Studio team.
The value I respect most at Cracked is ‘Curious to the core’ because I’m always asking questions and think we’re all better off for questioning things that we haven’t necessarily seen or thought of before!
In my spare time, I enjoy watching movies, going to gigs and sleeping. I’m also currently building my dream home with my fiancé and planning our wedding!
Before Cracked, I studied food marketing at university and worked for both a food wholesaler and manufacturer, learning the ropes of foodservice across all sectors.
In my role, I enjoy the busy and differing nature of every day, but most importantly that it’s always focused on food!
The value I respect most at Cracked is ‘Forever future gazing’ because who wouldn’t want to know where to buy the best doughnut that money can buy or how to help the planet when cooking?!
In my spare time, you’ll find me either playing netball or watching rugby with our dog, Guinness, likely with a drink in hand.
Before Cracked, I worked for both large and small agencies, designing for pharmaceutical, training and toy marketing for the likes of LEGO®, Rubik’s, Carnival Cruises and a FTSE 100 pharmaceutical company.
In my role, I enjoy creating new brands and coming up with designs that make content easy to understand, are super engaging, and that look great too!

In my spare time, I love to get outdoors and be active – whether that’s for a long walk with the dog, a paddleboard down by the coast or a rainy afternoon spent in the local bouldering centre.

Before Cracked, I worked in various marketing roles – from digital and sales to social media – for large and independent businesses, engaging with the likes of chef teams, directors and external agencies.
In my role, I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, getting to know their business models, and finding the best marketing solutions for them.
The value I respect most at Cracked is ‘Rooted in humility’ because I’m a firm believer that collaboration, and open and honest communication, is how trust is built and the best outputs delivered.
In my spare time, I’m most often found with a needle and thread in my hand as I’m a keen cross-stitcher!

Before Cracked, I worked in the food subscription service world, looking after new brand partnerships, collaborations and influencers, focusing on all things food and lifestyle.
In my role, I enjoy the fast-paced nature and that every day is different.

In my spare time, I enjoy seeing friends and family while enjoying something delicious – whether that’s brunch, dinner, or drinks!
Before Cracked, I worked as a photographer – capturing 360° virtual tours of businesses around London and the South East, eventually ending up on cruise ships! Once I came home and settled, I found myself working in design and have loved it ever since.
In my role, I enjoy how every day is different and that we constantly work as a team to push ideas and creativity.

Before Cracked, I worked with an experiential and travel retail agency for 16 years, in a variety of roles across activations – from brand ambassador to account management.
In my role, I enjoy the process of cultivating an idea, turning the hours of planning into reality, and seeing that idea come to life!

In my spare time, I love live music, eating out, bingeing a box set, and following foodie influencers in search of recipes I won’t find the time to make!
Before Cracked , I worked as a freelance artworker across projects such as book illustrations, corporate identity assets and brand guidelines, utilising both 2D and 3D software.
In my role, I enjoy the strong team ethic and dedication to creative excellence. Working with such a talented bunch of creatives in the fun and friendly environment inspires me to shine on every project.

In my spare time , I enjoy the warmth of family life, working on passion projects and learning new creative techniques.
Before Cracked, I studied nutrition with food marketing at university before having various roles in the food industry, most recently as a brand executive at a food subscription company where I ran social media and assisted in PR.
In my role, I enjoy being able to connect with clients and work with them to understand their expected outcomes, taking a brief on a journey from being an idea to an elevated reality.

In my spare time, I’m either researching the next best place to travel to and eat out at, or I’m in the midst of calm coffee catch ups, long walks and all-day breakfasts!
HR / Administrator
Before Cracked, I worked in publishing for 20 years, working as a production manager on a range of outstanding children’s books. I’ve spent the past 10 years balancing work and bringing up my twin girls.
In my role, I enjoy helping people be the best they can be by supporting the team with day-to-day operations and HR tasks.
The value I respect most at Cracked is ‘Rooted in humility’ because what matters most to me is the people I work with, and creating an environment of honesty, trust, respect, and support.
In my spare time, I unwind in the swimming pool and love to get outdoors – either walking, exploring with my twins, or enjoying my newfound love for gardening.
Before Cracked, I worked at various London-based design agencies as a long-term freelance contractor for six years, totalling 15 years’ experience as a creative designer.
In my role, I enjoy designing concepts that are engaging and look great, understanding what makes a design work, while creatively pushing the boundaries within a brand identity.
The value I respect most at Cracked is ‘Unapologetically brave’, because helping creative growth, pushing boundaries, and finding new forms of expression is extremely rewarding. Fortune also favours the brave!
In my spare time, I’m either immersed in one of the many superhero universes, or physically challenging myself in the gym while listening to all kinds of music – these days it’s afrobeats.
Before Cracked, I worked as a signwriter before moving into sports advertising to create 3D forced perspective branding.
In my role, I enjoy conceptualising on our clients’ upcoming campaigns and seeing my ideas grow from a simple sketch to being rolled out into the world.

In my spare time, I have a great passion for painting, and also play in goal for the mighty Sunbury & Walton Hawks Hockey Club.
Before Cracked, I spent two decades working across a variety of disciplines in the design industry. My last ‘big’ project was being part of the start-up team for the social entertainment venue, Flight Club Darts.
In my role, I enjoy seeing how we can help brands evolve, and pushing our creative boundaries within the Studio team.
The value I respect most at Cracked is ‘Curious to the core’, because if we stop learning, we stop growing! The design world is constantly moving, so finding new inspiration is the essence of great work.
In my spare time, I keep active with running, yoga, and stand-up paddleboarding in the summer. I also enjoy painting when I can (currently abstract landscapes!).
Before Cracked, I worked in various marketing roles across retail and foodservice (most recently with a coffee supplier), supporting major retailers’ cafés with their marketing and new product development.
In my role, I enjoy the diversity of brands and clients we work with, learning more about their missions and helping to get their messages out there!

In my spare time , you’ll probably find me running in the Downs or on the beach, planning my next meal out or my next escape!

Before Cracked, I trained in musical theatre and dramatic art. I was a personal trainer and sports massage therapist before then taking up PA/ops roles in the FMCG and oil industries.
In my role, I enjoy the variety of work and the lovely team I work with. No one day is the same!

In my spare time, I sing, read, do yoga, eat lots of cheese and am mummy to two crazy girls!

Before Cracked, I worked in the tech industry, building out marketing plans and working on campaigns for various tech brands.
In my role, I enjoy working on lots of different projects and campaigns, and the variety that every day brings!
The value I respect most at Cracked is ‘Fluent in food and drink’ because I love to immerse myself in the brands and campaigns we work on, and collaborate with a team that’s passionate about food and drink.
In my spare time, I love to cook and try out new recipes. When I’m not cooking, you’ll find me binge watching a new series.
Before Cracked, I trained as an online journalist and worked in television production, managing live studios across sport, entertainment, retail, and news.
In my role, I enjoy having an overview of all projects that come through the Studio team and growing relationships with all members of the business, from Studio and Digital to Client Services and Ops.
